Salesforce replacement —
stop paying per-seat for software your reps barely open.

Audit the sales workflows your team relies on, scope only the work worth replacing, and plan a phased migration to a system your team can operate.

§ Module by module

What we replicate, and what we leave alone.

The audit identifies the sales workflows the team relies on, the systems that should remain in place, and the work that does not justify replacement.

Area
What we ship
What the CRM is charging for
Pipeline & deals
A sales-stage and deal workflow designed around the team’s actual process, with the agreed data model and reporting needs
A broad default model and customization layer that may not match the current sales motion
Email & calendar
Gmail, Outlook, and calendar behavior designed around the agreed workflow, then tested with the affected users before cutover
Vendor add-ons and integrations that may be paying for unused capability
Account / contact 360
An activity view that brings together the agreed sales, support, billing, email, and calendar events
Multiple paid apps that may overlap with the activity view the team actually needs
Reporting & dashboards
Reports and dashboards built around agreed definitions, with maintainable access to the data where appropriate
Specialized analytics tiers and reports that may need outside administration to change
Permissions & teams
Roles and access designed with the team’s existing identity and approval model where it is in scope
A separate permissions model that must be maintained alongside the rest of the stack
Lead scoring
Optional scoring or summarization features, evaluated for data quality, reviewability, and operational fit before inclusion
Add-ons whose value depends on the data, process, and adoption already in place

§ Process

Audit → replicate → migrate → run.

  1. [01] · Audit

A paid discovery engagement maps the workflows, integrations, records, and reports that matter. It produces a written scope, assumptions, acceptance checks, ownership plan, and estimate range. The audit fee can be credited to a later build under the agreed commercial terms.

  2. [02] · Build

The agreed workflow is implemented against the acceptance checks. Data model, interface, integrations, access model, and any AI features are included only where they have been scoped and reviewed.

  3. [03] · Migrate

The team agrees the data treatment, validation, cutover sequence, parallel-run needs, and rollback decision before production change. Teams move in phases when the workflow risk requires it.

  4. [04] · Operate

Support, monitoring, change requests, and handoff are agreed before launch. Internal RevOps or engineering teams receive the documentation and access needed for the operating model they choose.

[05]
§ Fit & boundaries

Replace the workflow, not the parts that already work.

The audit defines the migration scope, ownership, acceptance checks, and rollback path before a build is proposed.

  • Who it fits

Teams with a defined sales motion, a responsible operations owner, and a clear reason to replace the workflows they use every day.

  • What stays

Finance, support, marketing, and identity systems stay in place unless the audit identifies a specific integration or workflow that must change.

  • Operating risks to plan

Plan identity and permission mapping, email and calendar behavior, historical-data quality, reporting parity, rep adoption, phased cutover, and tested rollback.

  • When to stay

Keep the current platform when its specialist ecosystem, approved controls, or embedded workflows provide more value than the cost and operational change of replacing them.
